    date format not correct

i have written a program (with some help) that interfces with a report on our intranet.
however i have a small problem with it, the report needs the date to be in dd/mm/yyyy format and my code puts it as mm/dd/yyyy is there any way to change this?

heres the code, unfortunatly i cant show you the web address
