Manual code a macro to print worksheets

I have self taught a few macro codes and am very new to most jargon used in vba macros.

I have used a recorded macro to print out several workbooks needed at the end of the day.
Now I would like to print them out individually on seperate buttons of the control screen, but I do not wish to record a macro.
Could someone please explain to me what each part of the recorded macro below means or advise of an easier way to self code the printing of what I want.
The print settings are all set and the default printer will be used all the time.

Also what exactly is the executeexcel4macro command?

I have now recorded macros for what else I wanted to do but would still like to know what each part of the code means and what the executeexcel4macro command is.
