Replace un picture/chart in Word from Excel in VBA

Hi, I would like to update a number of word documents automatically from an excel spreadsheet. I need to replace some text and that's pretty easy with the following code but I am not able to do the same with a picture that I want to replace in the word doc (I want to copy the picture from the excel spreadsheet and replace the one actually in the word doc without modifying anything else in the doc - the new picture once pasted should be resized with the same size than the old pic). Any idea to solve that issue?
