i have created a small invoice system where you can make invoice and keep track of sales and any paid or unpaid invoices. what i want to add is an edit feature where be able to change a data entry in the field for example making an unpaid invoice into a paid invoice.

is there away i can create a vba script to be able to display all the unpaid invoices in a userform and then select the invoice that says unpaid and change it to paid without need to go into the worksheet and find the correct invoice and change it
