Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control

I have 2 problems that I can not solve,,

1) As I try to Insert a Drop Down Calendar Menu In a cell, to for easier to enter in a cell, I can create this but I dont have in program for a macro i belive that called " Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control" as this would be a great help in this,

2) I would like to change a cell or line, on a click for my CRM as where I am in sales we have no such program, I would like to click on a line or cell with colrs to tell me about red = hot blue is cold etc..

who can help me here..
