    Improving the efficiency of a copy macro from an excel-to-excel spreadsheet with a filter

    Could someone plz assist with this problem. I've got a macro that essentially allows the user to copy data from SpreadsheetB to SpreadsheetA (different workbooks) by an if-then filter. It works, the only problem is, it takes about an average human's lifetime to calculate - more or less. Any suggestions to improve the code would be appreciated. Keep in mind I'm new to VB. This is the code below:
