New Line at the bottom of a Table

I'm a VBA newb, I have some how pulled most of this project out of my butt, but I cant seem to figure out how to get my table to populate/build from the bottom. Because I'm a newb I figured it would be easier for you all to look at my project and tell me what is wrong with it rather then me trying to explain it so I attached it.

If you click on line 3 it populates on Client Pricing sheet and Contractor Workorder sheet in a table which is great (thats what I wanted). The problem is when I click on line 4 it also populates on those sheets but it populates above instead of below.

Can anyone help.
