Help completing VBA code that emails me when expiry date 30 days before.

I need some help completing the code in the attached spreadsheet so that an email will be sent once a expiry date is less than 30 days.

I have added a Update Button to click on to run the code but need help with the fine tuning.

I need the code to search columns F,I,L,O,R,U,X and also for the email to include details such as Item Code, Product and expiry date.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
