Combining codes and changing cell colour using date.

Hello everyone,

Currently I am facing 2 different problems.
The first one is combining codes.

In my last thread I used the following code to lock cells:

In the same sheet I want to add another code. If I choose 'Nee' in cell T8:T999 it will lock cells U8:U999; V8:V999; W8:W999 and turning it grey. By choosing 'Ja' it will unlock it.

The second problem is a bit difficult but I hope you guys could help me with it.
Is it possible to let a cell turn red after I enter the current date?
For example: If I enter the current date in format dd-mm-yyyy in cell B2. Cell F8:F999; J8:J999; M8:M999; P8:P999; S8:S999(only if I choose Aspiranten); W8:W999; Z8:Z999 will turn red 3 months before the expiration date.

If it is possible, I want to combine the codes in problem 1 and 2 in 1 sheet.
