Macro or addin to generate buy, sell and stop signals under certain conditions

Hello good people,

I have a request if someone can create an addin or macro that will generate "buy","sell" and "stop" signals by given conditions, then to calculate:

"stop"-"buy"
"sell"-"stop"

One more important thing here, if there is more than one "buy" signal generated, then only the first "buy" signal must be taken for calculation and if more than one "stop" is generated, then also only the first of those signals must be taken for calculation. Same applies for "sell" signal.

P.S. I posted this question in Excel Formulas & Functions, but it seems that with the existing EXCEL functions it is impossible to solve this request. Please look at the attachment to understand what I need.
