How to copy cell format done by Conditional Formatting to Chart?

This is from Excel Charts & Pivots -section but I thought that maybe the best VBA experts can be found here :-)

My target is to implement macro that copies cells' formatting (colour) to chart's columns or what ever depending on chart type. Following code seems to work fine if I manually change cell's background colour, but if colours come from Conditional Formatting it doesn't work. So my question is: If my cells are formatted using Conditional Formatting, how can I have same colours in chart columns by using VBA?

Unfortunately this solution doesn't work if you colorise your chart source cells using Excel's Conditional Formatting. Maybe someone can give us a hint how to format cells according to Conditional Formatted cells.

    Hope this helps.

I've googled this but still did't find working solution. So is this mission impossible?
