Delete rows if cell value meets certain criteria

This shouldn't be that complicated, but obviously I am doing something stupid....

The code is pasted below this. Column M (or column 13) is just a formula that tells me how long ago something was completed, and the macro is supposed to delete anything older than 6 months (180 days below). I also want to make sure and exclude anything that has a blank in the previous column. So I just filter for both and it is supposed to delete all the visible rows.

The macro is going in an deleting the right items, but it isn't grabbing every one of them. It is missing a few here and there. Did I mess up setting a range somewhere? Starts on row 6 and can be everything below.

    Update Note:

I realize I had forgotten to designate a specific cell to start in which helped solve 1 problem....all the rows that are supposed to be selected and delete are. However, it is also deleting my header row which is in row 5. Any know how to modify the macro so it finds the first visible row start AFTER row 5?
