Copy Sheet1 from Closed file Paste to Sheet1 in New file

I am learning... slowly getting better (I think), but I need your help with this one please.

I have a closed .xls file named Stmt, I need all of Sheet1 copied and pasted into a new open workbook named StmtWorking as Sheet1

Help please?
