Creating a Build Schedule

I have attached the file of what I would like the output to be...

I need help making a GUI to produce the output through which the User can: 1) Enter the Project Name 2) Enter the Factory Name and 3) Enter the dates for the Builds

The macro would then need to plot the bar with the correct color code in the Calendar. Not every project will have every build, so that needs to be taken care of by the GUI (i.e. - needs to be selectable).

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
