Automating a pivot table for data analysis

Is there a way to automate the pivot table sheet I have in the example? If not in a pivot table report maybe via vba to extrapolate the same data.
I can use pivot tables, but others who want to analyis the data might not know how utilize them. Take a look and if anyone has any ideas how to allow future users to extrapolate this data please let me know.

Do you mean auto refreshing a pivot table? That is to say when you change the source data, you do not have to go to each source data to manually refresh(update the data). Yes, you can do auto refresh. I do not think lots of people on many formus are keen to write a code for PT and this refelects party on the number of responses you see when a PT question pops up. I suspect part of the reason could be not many people see the advantage of auto PT. The existing excel's functions would be suffice for most users and no need to learn any code. This just my own expereince.
