Selecting a Printer from a Macro

    Hi,

I have a macro that (amongst other things) prints the required sheet.

My problem is that in my workplace, we have about 8 networked and local printers and depending on my current physical location in my workplace, I want to be able to select (from the normal print box that you get when you press Ctrl-P) the required printer from within the macro.

Is there code that can bring up the printer selection window rather than just printing to the default (or specified) printer?

I suppose I could bring up a selection box that specifies all the printers and select one from that, however this seems a complicated solution.

I am using Office Home & Business 2010.

    Thanks.

    Hello EdWoods,

You can add this line of code to macro to allow the user to select the printer to use.
