save as and copy to different folder

hi
im struggling again,the form frmmfrsanew has a email contrcts button,this saves and sends to a folder colin\documents try as i may i want it to save to folder on desktop test,at the minute if you start userform enter 2 in ainscough ref , click search this populates the list box,i have to double click on each then click email,then do same again till all items have been entered,
i could do with help in sorting a macro for the email button so that everything in listbox is selected once then click email contracts and redirect them all to say completed folder on desktop where from there i will email them to multiple users,i have that part of the program workingat the minute,
any help or direction would be welcome
