Customize Excel Ribbon When File Opens

    Hi All,

I have created a very nice excel workbook with a couple of forms and macros to keep a record of things and a few buttons to run different reports. Pretty standard stuff. What i am trying to do now is make it look better. I read this article http://chandoo.org/wp/2012/02/27/how...-excel-ribbon/ and am now aware that i can use the excel ribbon to store my buttons to open the userforms or run reports. I tried this out and added a new tab to my ribbon with a few good looking buttons, but as i feared when i opened a new excel workbook the custom ribbon was still there and of course my macros don't work on just any excel workbook. Is there any way of say, when the program opens customize the ribbon to my new look and when i close it change it back to the original? Also is there a way to make this ribbon stick to the program on other computers and even other versions of excel (2007). The biggest thing for me is that when i distribute this i would like it to look as professional as i can. The picture i have painted in my head is one that the ribbon has no other tabs on it but my custom tab so that the user barely can tell they are still in excel. Any help is greatly appretiated. Thanks
