    Preset Item List

Not sure if this can be done w/o VBA (which would be great) or not, so that's why I'm posting it here.

First sheet is the theoretical order (List Order). Second sheet is the data. What I've done is sort the Data sheet by quantity, and eventually would eliminate line items with a quantity of less than say...3.

After that sort and deleting is done I need the list to go back to the original order (the order listed in the first sheet). I realize that if my list was preset to be in ABC order it would be fine, but my actual list is nowhere near sorted alphabetically.

Is there a way I can customize the Filter option to do this by chance? In the past I've simply used conditional formatting to highlight and then delete those lines, but I'm now up to 30,000 lines and obviously that method is not efficient.

    See attached

    Thanks guys

    Hi AMSBenji

Your sample sheet List Order doesn't contain quantities so I'm wondering...how is sheet Data created...is it simply a copy of Sheet List Order that you then sort by quantity?
