Need Macro to pull data from one excel sheet to another based on a job# and comparing date

Need a macro to help me get data to graph the number of late submittals (column I) compared to current date for each job number (column D). To determine late date I want to compare late submittals (column I) with current date and then be able choose job I want to see data for: Please see attached excel file

Example of results needed:

Manually choose jobs, say I chose 4231 - 4238 via range I can enter into cell somewhere

I need to get this info on different sheet:

Job# Late Submittals
4231 2
4235 1
4237 1
4238 1
