Can you auto create multiple tabs from enterting data in a master sheet's column?

I want to make a spreadsheet that has the 1st sheet be the master and main data entry location. Each tab behind it will pull data from the master. Column A would be a patients name and I would like that when I enter a name into that column it auto creates a tab for that patient. And can that automatically created tab be formatted with a chart and graph?

Which will be the last column of entry in your master sheet? Once you specify that, i can ask the macro to check if its populated with data, if yes, to create the page.
