Particular Tab Selection using Form

Hi Masters,

I have one workbook that contains more than 100 tabs and i want to select tab as per user required.

if I run macro Userform should open and all the available tab names should appear in listbox of userform and i will select particular tab name and once i click on ok button that particular tab should activate.

can anyone please help me out.
