Auto Categorization

Looking for help from the experts!

I have a large number of text data in one column and am looking to sort words into the proper headings. The problem is, they are not in a particular order (such as Last Name, First Name).

Some of the text contains three words, while others may be two or even one. Spaces, commas, and & separate the text.

I would like to auto categorize the data into separate columns: Function (Geophysicist, Engineer, etc.) and Title (Chief, Administrator, etc.).
