Can't figure out how to edit an existing macro

I'd like to add a column to the macro. I've tried making the edits, but when the worksheet is launched the end result is incorrect.
I'd like to add a fiber column in the template and in the launched form. I'd like to be able to input the amount of fiber per entry and have the worksheet calculate the total as the portion increases and the total for the whole day's worth of foods. I've attached the document for reference. Menu Creator.xlsm

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Error creating macos for a spreadsheet to be used for a workout program

I attached the menu creator that I am basing my new spread off of. I'm looking to create a macro that I can launch a workout program the same way that I launch a meal plan. I'd like to have a template where I can input the exercise title. I'd like to have 5 columns for an example, sets, reps, tempo, rest. The main thing that I think will save me the most time is having a drop down menu for the exercise choices (like I have for the food types in the attached document). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Menu Creator.xlsm
