Perform daily routine without opening Workbook

My doubt is there to run a macro for this routine every day without opening the spreadsheet?
Another question if there is some code that can be activated to make the daily routine he will work even on days when I'm not logged in?

If you host this sheet on a server, you could use a scheduled task to suit your needs. You could have a macro utilize Workbook_Open(), execute the code and then close the workbook.
That is actually how we have a few automated reports within my company.
