HOW TO: Disappearing instruction text with entered value.

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to place instructions in a cell, then when the user clicks on the cell they can enter their data as instructed. Then I want the data to be divided by 2.2, this result to be entered in another place in the spreadsheet. I'm getting frustrated. Oh and I'm using 2010.
