Okay, so my business does title searches for banks and mortgage lenders in SC and VA. Virginia has about 130 seperate counties that are listed in column A(y-axis) alphabetically. Row 1(x-axis) consists of the 7 different types of orders we can handle for our clients from a document retrieval to a full 60 year search. So I have exactly 924 cells within my target area (B3:H135). I want to set up a monitor sub-routine (Thinking Event Timer) to watch for any change in my target area. I can get this going somewhat, but it all falls apart when I change a 1 Current Owner Search in Bath Co. to 2 because a second Current Owner in Bath county was ordered. True/False is worthless at that point.
What is the best function/code/formula to tell my order entry field any time an order is added to the field matrix (will always be a +1 integer) whether it be from 0(False) to 1(True), or from 1(True) to 2(True). It should reference the Order Type and County Arrays and because of the cells position know which strings in the array to fill in THE NEXT AVAILABLE OPEN CELL on the other worksheet I am designing as an order register. I can only get the new changes to replace the last change's info instead of moving clear of the occupied cells and registering the info in new placeholder cells. What will fix this?
