Compile Error when using Find and Select function in a macro

Hi
I need to use Find and Select function within a macro. My attempt is:

However, I get Complie Error: Expected name parameter message. How can I write it so that it looks up whatever value is in a certain cell? The search value should be the contents of a fixed cell (i.e. F5) where the user enters a value.
