How to examine the content of a range and to delete a cell below a value found

I want to program a macro in Visual Basic, associated with Excel 2004

I have two ranges of 2 rows and different columns: range 1 and range 2.

The macro has to examine the content of the cells in the first row of range 1 successively, and each content is compared with the cells of the first row of range 2.
If the same value is found in range 2, the cell in the row below must be erased.

Who gives me a code that works?
