Does the given Email Address has a bounce

Hi,

In A column of Sheet1 I have a way long list of Email Addresses

I want to loop through this list and report

1: Does the "Email Address" has a bounce in my outlook "All Outlook Items" ?
2: If 1 is "Yes" then. in which folder does the bounce of the email address exist (Write it In B column)
3: Date of Bounce (Write it in C Column)

Help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by the term "bounce?" This is a technical term that needs to be clearly explained. Suggest you post an example workbook for analysis and understanding.

I am guessing the OP means "microsoft undeliverable message" when the email world cannot deliver the email, but only a guess.

Concur with request for a sample workbook with current attempts to code the solution

I am attaching a sample of what I want.

Now another another need is that of autoreplies as well. I am also attaching 2 screenshots. One is a sample AutoReply, and the other is that of "bounce".

In the sheet H column contains some key phrases, not all but any of them will surely exist either in the body of the message or in the subject (this list may expand in future).

All the Yello cells need to be filled programmatically by interacting with outlook.

I have configured 4 email addresses of mine in outlook.

I am sorry, but I have no idea from what you are showing what you are attempting. How are you getting the data in Yellow from the list in the cells in column A. I don't see any criteria match. Since I don't use Outlook, I have no way of testing on my own. I will pass on this and hope someone else can help you.

The emails have been sent to these addresses. Now I want to check in the outlook if the emails got bounced or they were successful?. I need to archive that bounce and try another email address for the person.
