Activate a web page from multiple tabs to be able to executes javascript functions

I wrote a program that opens a web page signs in, fills in input boxes and presses download but when I press download a new tab is created and I can not seem to reference the new tab in my program when I am trying to push another download button I seem to only be able to reference the previous web page. My code is below. at the end of my code the new web tab is opened and I can not reference that. Anyhelp is greatly appreciated!! thanks!!

Looks like you've left username and password in the code - might be an idea to edit and remove them.
