Extract and consolidate cell values from multiple worksheets using specific strings

I have multiple worksheets in a workbook that I need to extract cell information from based on specific strings that occur at variable locations in a worksheet. From the attached file, I would like to search for the strings "Reg Date", "Appt Date" and "Event Date" and output the dates just below these cells into a separate worksheet, along with the worksheet name the information is extracted from. The sample data is located in tabs 78910, 23456, 12345, and the output format I need is in the "Output" sheet.

I am new to Excel VBA coding and any help is appreciated.
