Thank you Robert, that is the code I am looking for.

By the way, I have load the code into the WB. I found to build a textbox link to source data is more easy manage for adjusting the alignment for cheque printing. Anyone has know a code can cater for?

I have change payee and the data source as textbox and group it together. How to set 'Payee' invisible in the printout?

Attached is my file for better understanding. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi John,

Thank you very much for the coding, it work well with excel 2007.

Since the payee is set as textbox 5 and the data source is textbox 1 and the 2 text boxes will group together. Is there a way to set 'Payee' invisible in the printout?

    Hi seolann

Please don't quote entire Posts in your replies. Quote only pertinent items that make your point.

    Regarding this
Since the payee is set as textbox 5
There is no TextBox 5 in the file I'm working with so I have no idea to what you're referring. Please enlighten me.

Instead of doing in excel why don't you try onlinecheckwriter.com for batch printing. you can print create up to 10 checks at a one but you can print more than 100 checks at a once .
