macro to copy values on one sheet based on the values of another sheet.

Hello,
I need a macro for office 2010 which performs the following:
I really appreciate your expertise.

I have data <500 x 500> and inputs <500 x 2>. Inputs contains two values on each row on the data sheet. I would like to use the two values in the inputs sheet to to copy all the values that fall between them on the data sheet then list those values on a third sheet named output.
