Trying to Query Access Database from Excel using VBA

Hi All,
I am trying to query MS Access from Excel and return the result set back to Excel. Below is the query I am running but I am getting a Run Time Error '1004' Application Defined or Object Defined error. The line in Red below is what is erroring out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Norie, thanks for replying, I tried what you suggested and I still get the same error on the same line.
