how to import a worksheet and automaticly have some columns moved

I want to be able to import a worksheet that has numerous columns and when it opens in the new worksheet specific columns are rearranged within the new worksheet. So, in the origional file I want say columns "R" and "S" inserted after column "B". I would also like to have column "Q" deleted automaticly in the new worksheet. Can someone help me.

You could use the macro recorder for these steps and then run the macro.

From your menu. Tools>Macro>Record New Macro. Then you go through the steps to change and reposition the columns. Tools>Macro>Stop Recording. To run again when needed Tools>Macro>Macros select the Macro and hit Run.
