Prompt input of future date in cell when another cell has been populated or modified

I would like to be able to prompt the user of my worksheet to enter either a future date or "n/a" in Column V when:
    1. Column N has been populated for this first time, and
    2. Column U or Y have been updated.

All columns may contain any alphanumeric character. Would it be possible to do this for both scenarios mentioned above?

    Any help is appreciated.

These two macros will work hand-in-hand to accomplish this. Place them into the sheet module.

If that takes care of your original query, please select Thread Tools from the menu above and mark the thread as solved. Thanks.
