Print Macro defaulting to Manual Tray 1 if more than 1 copy requested

    Hi,

I have the following code which detects the number of copies of a report "Memo3" is to be printed and to what printer, however as soon as i enter more than 1 copy is sends the prints to the Manual Tray 1 Letter which means i have to stand there as its expecting manually fed paper rather than printing as normal from Tray 2 and feeding itself from the tray.

If i manually go to that tab on the worksheet and do File/Print and state ie 2 copies it does it from Tray 2 no problem so why does it not do that when using the VBA code??

    Hi,

Is the paper size different on Tray 2 ?, if yes try , setting the PaperSize property of the worksheet to the one on tray 2.

Thanks for the reply, tray 1 is just a manual feed for headed paper but all trays are set to A4, I can try changing other tray sizes on the printer to it only detects tray 2 as being A4??

    Thanks
