Sum across 4 criterias

Hi,

Attached in an excel sheet which I need to sum the cells E to G for all unique combination of A to D.

From Column I to P is the format which I would prefer it to be.
and the File (Column I) should be sorted.

Lastly, this only represents 2 which I have calculated. I will need all the possible unique combinations based on columns A to D


Note: The macro should be MS excel 2003 friendly.
