Save As w Part a start date from F7 & end date 28 days later

Code below works, but how do I add a date 28 days after what is in F7?

Want the file name to be like this:
Jones 4-10-2013 through 5-7-2013

Note - B3 is the customers name, F7 is a date

If F7 is an actual Excel Date (not just text) then you can just add 28.
