EXCEL: Restrict Invalid Entry On Cell Having Data Validation

Dear All

I" am having Cell with Data Validation List i.e. 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. I' have also protected the same with the Error option of Data Validation to restrict the invalid values entry in the same cell. If I' am typing any values which is not in List such as A,B or C etc. I' am getting error. But If I' paste the same from different cells to the Validation cell it allows.

Need help to restrict the paste options with VBA (1) if the values are from list the paste should work, (2) if the Values are not from data validation list the paste should not happen.
