if it`s Getz/Gilbert both versions of paperbacks where delivered with a CD inside. At Wiley youŽll find this
so the answer is to look for a paperback copy of the book as I personally would rate any other tip similar to one of breaking/bypassing Security Measures on Excel workbooks.Note: CD-ROM/DVD and other supplementary materials are not included as part of eBook file.
