Copy Macro from Excel To Word Document

    Good morning all,

I have a word document that requires a little formatting when I open it. I have created a macro to do the formatting, but as the document is created new each time I generate it, the macro isnt in there and can not be stored in 'Normal.dot'.

The word document is opened from an Excel Spreadsheet I use (with a userform) and so I have created the macro in my spreadsheet.

What I need to know how to do, is once I have opened the word document, how do I copy the macro over to the Word Document so I can run it .. OR .. how do you run the macro in excel but to execute to the word document.

    Thanks in advance.

I think you can run macro from excel, you don't need to copy it, but need to test it, attach your code
