want to auto-hide rows based on a value in that row

I need help from the local wizards again.
I have a spreadsheet with two tabs. The first records and updates player stats and averages for a league I manage. The other tab is used to print a weekly book of player's average and rating. However, your rating does not become 'official' until we have stats for at least 32 games. There is a cell in each player's row that shows game count. I would like any row where that number is under 32 to hide itself so I don't have to remember to hide them before I print the book each month. Is such a thing possible?
I don't have a copy of the spreadsheet with me this weekend, but can upload a sample tomorrow if that would be better.

Here is the spreadsheet I am using. There are two tabs. The first is where the data is input for each player, each week. The second creates the printed pages of the rating book. you can see that row 5 (Franklin, Sally) has only 16 games and should not be included in the book. Currently I use conditional formatting to mark anyone with less than 32 games so I can manually hide their row, but I am looking for the spreadsheet to do it automatically.
