Code for unprotecting refresh protect based on system time

Hey guys and gals,

I am wondering if there is a code that can unprotect all four sheets, refresh all, and reprotect based on a certain time or timeframes. I have attached the sheet that I am dealing with as a reference.

Each of these sheets feeds an html/word doc (via linked spreadsheets) with data for my boss. I would basically like to automate the system so when he pulls up the html file in his browser the data updates from these sheets and he is good.


Any help that I can get would be great.
