Lightbulb Copy rows with values in specific column to first empty row in specified sheet

    Hey gang

In the attached workbook I would like to automate copy paste functions to speed up the timing and scoring for my sons high school track team. I have several sheets for individual heats of the races (in the example just 3 heats of 1 race). When each heat is completed I am manually copying the results over to the Race Totals sheet.

I would like to automate it in the following manner. After each heat, hit a button that would select and copy all rows starting with row 3 that contain a value in column D, then past those rows in the first available EMPTY row on the Race Totals sheet.

Race 1 would copy 3:8 and paste in 2:7 in Race Totals
Race 2 would copy 3:6 and paste in 8:11 in Race Totals
Race 3 would copy 3:10 and paste in 12:19 in Race Totals

    Thanks from the school team
