Please help! macro code needed to assign to command button to check a column of checkboxes

Hello everyone, I would like to add a command button to a spreadsheet which can tick all the checkboxes in column A, for example, when ticked and when unticked it will clear all those checkboxes in that column. I know how to create a command button on spreadsheet and know how to assign the code to command button but I dont know how to write the code to make it work. Can anyone help me out with this? really appreciate your time and effort...
