Combining rows with both unique and duplicate data

Hey there folks! Here is my conundrum:

I have a master email contacts file, with about 39,000 rows. However, I only have about 18,000 unique entries, and need to squish together the duplicate rows.
I have data in columns A-N.

Rows A, B, and C,are email, first name, and last name, respectively.
There are many duplicates of each of these in the list.

Rows D-N have new data that I do not want to lose when I squish these duplicate rows together.

I tried the "remove duplicates", but it didn't work. Any ideas?
