ActiveSheet.Paste error

Hi All

The code I have is getting an error on

I know why - its because there is nothing on the clipboard to paste so I need some Ideas on what to do for a message box telling the user to re-copy the data (its having to be manually copied from a Notepad file).

I could do an OnError go to Cancel and have cancel as a message box, but I dont want that to come up if there is a different error

Anyone got any ideas or should I just do that?
