VBA on Form is not responding

I found this on the internet many years ago. It's an Excel Magic Eightball. I was using it recently to improve my VBA skills by enlarging the image size and corresponding objects and playing with the code but I've broken it.
There are two labels, "Eightclick" and "Oracle"
Eightclick is in the middle of the Eightball and clicking on it should transfer a new random caption to Oracle. Nothing is happening. What properties do I need to change to get this to happen?

    Thanks

The eightClick label is behind the eight ball (ahem), so it's unclickable

So how do I move it? I thought I had tried "move to front"

Move the picture out of the way, right-click the label > Bring Forward, move the picture back.

Or just use the click event for the picture.
